Elegant Studio for 4 Guests in City Center

Good central location, the studio is really quiet. Has everything you might need for the stay. The communication was easy and punctual.

The building is old and a bit smelly but the studio itself is new and nice. It's really small, maybe ok for 1 person but not for 4 (me and three kids). The bathroom is tiny and there is no space for your stuff at all. The couch is not ok for sleep for adults (or at least for me). The terrace is practically difficult to use as it's really narrow. It's on the fifth floor (actually sixth) without an elevator which I thought would be ok but it turned out not so easy to climb it also with the luggage.

Very good location, great communication with the host. Comfortable inside, all facilities working.

Place is as we expected. The building is very old and unattended (the staircases are like in a hell movie) but the appartment is like a diamond in that environment. Everything was clean, working, we had everything we required. AC is a great help in hot days as the ap is on the last floor and it gets even hotter. Only issue we had is that on the first day we got invasion of ants - a lot in the bathroom and in the kitchen. As i read the reviews this has happened before and maybe the owner can do something now. This usually happens in old buildings where the pipes are not changed. However appartment is renovated, close to a parking spot, two parks, main area, shops.

Apart that there was a good couch . Nothing is to be appreciated.

5th floor no elevator. The building has never been renovated. U need call to find out where the key box is . If someone plays a joke they can steal the key box away and you ll have no accomodation anymore. Some doors have iron bars ,our neighbour had an extra iron door frame. It was just like in the horror movies. While climbing stairs some windows had broken glass i. It and glued in place with sticky tape... The bathroom is a joke . Shower and toilet in a 1.5sqm room . There is a pipe that is half 50 years old that sticks out of the wall.

The building doesn't have an elevator and the apartment is in the 5th floor.
