"Excellent quiet stay"

A lovely and spacious "cottage" all on one level with furnished lounge and separate dining room, as well as the kitchen, with breakfast bar and all the cooking equipment required. Nice bedrooms, lovely bathroom and a nice garden too. Some milk in the fridge when we arrived was also most welcome. Would have liked to stay 2 nights but we had other plans.

No real issues at all. Heating/water control could have had a note or explanation, but got working easily enough for what was needed. Strathpeffer is a quiet place (with a couple of biggish hotels) - slightly off the beaten track and so do a shop / get food in Dingwall or Inverness beforehand.

Location was brilliant for walking and cycling straight from property. House was super clean and comfortable and had all we needed and more! Lovely helpful hosts. Really enjoyed our stay.

Great location for exploring Scottish Highlands, peaceful, ideally placed for walking into village and nearby woods. Great size garden for the pooch and even pooch towels provided Welcoming notes from hosts. Only thing missing was a teapot, lol!
