Very attentive host. Super big and clean space with bath tub and two balconies. Swimming pool had stunning sunset views.

Location was secluded.

My friends and I stayed at Quercus Residences Apartments during our trip to Sveti Stefan and it was an incredible experience! The apartments are exactly as they appear in the photos – spacious, new, clean and very comfortable. They have everything you need for a great holiday. One of the main advantages of this place is the stunning view of the island of Sveti Stefan, which opens up both from the apartments and from the pool. The place is quiet and peaceful, which is ideal for those who want to relax away from the noise of the city. There is also a restaurant on the territory of the complex, with a varied menu that offers dishes for every taste. Unfortunately, we were not able to have lunch there, as our days were full of activities, and we returned late in the evening. However, the prices in the restaurant are quite reasonable, as in other places in Sveti Stefan. I would like to especially thank the owner of the apartments Biljana and her colleague Milan. Their attention to detail and care for guests is the height of hospitality. Thanks to their incredible service and genuine care, we really enjoyed our holiday. These people are the real highlight of this place, thanks to whom you want to come back again. The only possible inconvenience for those who do not rent a car may be the road to the beach Sveti Stefan, which on foot takes about 30 minutes, while by car - only 5. But do not worry, Biljana and Milan will always help to organize a comfortable and affordable transfer. We were absolutely delighted with our stay and can not wait to come back again! Thank you for everything you did for us!

Lovely peaceful location and views of the area. Nice swimming area. Rooms were very clean and nicely decorated.

They advertise the place as apartments with cooking facilities. On arrival the kitchen (though has a stove and oven in) is not allowed to be used and they say it they are actually a hotel or aparthotel where you can buy breakfast and dinner downstairs (at a very hefty price compared to the local restaurants). They did say that if we really wanted to cook we could use their restaurant kitchen. Apparently this has happened before and they have been meaning to change it however when reading past reviews it has been a while. If they are a hotel they should also then provide water / tea / coffee in the rooms.

Very nice peaceful,quiet place with beautiful view 😍 Staff is very friendly , warm and welcoming 😌 Best choice to rest , spend time with friends . Not many people around so you feeling like at home. Rooms are nice and clean. Highly recommending this place 🥰 The swimming pool and location was perfect for us ☺️

We were asked to pay in cash for our stay, which was a little inconvenient. Knowing this in advance would have been helpful Breakfast was too expensive, so only had it once.

Very nice view and pool

- We booked this place as it states it's an apartment to have access to facilities such as the kitchen. When we arrived we realized there was almost nothing to actually cook and were told that the kitchen was not to be used for actual cooking but rather to make tea. This was a big disappointment. - There is a coffee machine in the apartment but to use it you need to buy special pods that can only found in the hotel at the price of one euro each. Would have been nicer to simply have a simple machine (like a nespresso) but it felt like the owners want guests to use the restaurant or pay for coffee pods. - We were informed only the day before the departure that payment had to be made in cash which was tricky as we spent 5 nights and had to withdraw money in a hurry paying important bank fees in the process. - the location itself has a great view but is quite far away from attractions

The view cannot be described by photos, in reality it is even more amazing. Rest, quiet and natural beauty. The hotel is small and nice, has only 4 rooms.

Because the refrigeration system was on, the bathroom floor was very cold and had condensation. The foor was very wet and slippery. It was uncomfortable, but later the staff apologized. It is not possible to pay by bank card.
