Metta Tbilisi Apartment

Pretty much anything you might need for your stay, you'll find it here. A living room with air conditioning and a well equipped kitchen. A private bathroom with a good shower. A nice big bed. Bonus points for the blackout curtains! All guesthouses should have those! It's in the center of the city, the location is a bit difficult to find in the maps at first, but the owner is very helpful and will send you more information on how to reach your room. He speaks fluent English. I totally recommend staying here!

The mattress sank a bit in the middle and the view from the windows are concrete walls (kinda funny though).

When choosing an apartment in Tbilisi it's always a compromise between price, comfort and location. I liked the price and location of this apartment + it had a full size shower, kitchen, fridge and a washing machine! The apartment is spacious and the host was very nice.

You should know that the apartment doesn't really have windows - there's a wall right outside of them. I knew it before booking, but what I discovered on the spot - is the smell, because of lack of air circulation. Sleeping was ok, we cooked food, used the bathroom, enjoyed the central location. But this apartment is not for hanging out in. It's dark and not very cozy to stay in during the day, so if you are spending your days outside, it's a good deal.

My stay was a very comfortable and extremely convenient to site seeing locations....in the heart of the city. The owner Giorgi was wonderful! Highly recommended!!

A spaceous, well equipped place in the heart of Old Tbilisi. Very friendly and helpful host.

The only disadvantage of the premise is absense of natural light. The windows oppose a high blank wall, so there is fresh air but not the light. Not a problem for a tourist but if you mean to spend more time in the appartment, take into account.

Flat is in the heart of the old town, 5 minutes walk to liberty square. Also flat in real life is even better than in photos, clean and spacious. Communication with the flat owner was fast and precise. Advise 100%
