We stayed for a couple Nights and loved every minute of it. The Flat was super clean and equipped with everything we could wish for. Also TV with lots of satellite channels for chill evenings at home. Host responded super quickly and was happy to help with any question. Highly recommend staying there!

great host, very helpful prior to our arrival with flexible on late evening arrival time. He was very supportive all the time from all aspects, apartment wise, advices on sightseeing/restaurants, all necessary arrangements. On regards to apartment, it was clean, spacious and centrally located near by Liberty square (central square of Tbilisi) and nig balcony is just perfect for enjoying evening with view and a glass of wine. In general, 100% satisfaction with host and also with apartment. I would recommend it even to my best friends for future Tbilisi visits.

great host. The apartment was nice, clean and modern. Everything worked perfectly and it had a wide range of amenities from oven, kettle, washing machine, a tube, hairdryer, AC etc. I have never been in a softer bed, I have a sleep problem but there I slept like a child. Apartment is located in a New building on a very cozy street right in the center of the city. There are no cons and I definitely recommend this place!

The stay in this house was truly extraordinary. The house is elegantly decorated, the bathrooms are beautiful, with high quality furniture. The location is perfect, central but at the same time on a quiet street. Communication with host was excellent; she is a very helpful and kind person. I highly recommend staying in this house: it is spacious, elegantly decorated, with a nice balcony and fully equipped kitchen, in an absolutely strategic location. I'll definitely be back!

Location, location, location! Large rooms, comfy beds, quick elevator. Great space for a large group! All the amenities a guest could need during their stay. The hosts went above and beyond.... before and during our stay. Very personable and easy to reach! Would definitely recommend this apartment and hosts!!

Great apartment in the city center. The flat is spacious, clean and well furnitured. The host was very responsible and helpful. The location is also good, the building is part of nice residential complex located in city center. Highly reccomended.

I absolutely loved my stay at the apartment in Tbilisi! The central location in the heart of the city was unbeatable, and the modern new building provided a sense of comfort and security. The living room was delightful, perfect for relaxing and spending quality time with friends or family. The host's attentiveness and the well-equipped kitchen made the experience even more enjoyable. Without a doubt, I would choose this apartment again for my next visit to Tbilisi!

This property looks amazing, isn't it? - Perfect location, big and nice looking apartment, such a good price and perfect reviews. If you suspect something is wrong here - you're right. It's a fraud. And this is not the only "perfect apartment" like that. If you find similar variants in Tbilisi, perfect in all ways, with no request for credit card and pre-payment, don't trust such variants. It might happen they exist for advertising purposes only, most probably for those, who cannot book with credit card (i guess Russian customers - ?). You wouldn't see other negative reviews, because people don't have a chance to leave them - after you were left without a place to stay, they just cancel your booking because of "no-show" and poor customers cannot leave negative reviews. - Since you don't do pre-payment you are not supposed to make complaints - I had to write to booking.com several times and called them, so, they let me leave this review. I guess it's mainly families who look for the apartments, many come with small children, need kitchen etc - so, I have to warn you. - It was really bad to find yourself homeless, with a child, in the middle of the street after 12-hours flight

I got confirmation, contact details - everything as usually. So, from the airport we went directly to the apartment, - I added time of arrival when booking. But my trials to contact via WhatsApp were useless - no one replied. And after several attempts to call, i just got "sorry, I cannot provide you the apartment". Everything the host told me was a lie. It was a lie they tried to contact me - no calls, no messages via booking. And it obviously was a lie, that "the previous customer left the key inside and locked the door". I guess the host - Giorgi - was mentioned for different apartments in Tbilisi as a "perfect host". Should be an experienced person, I guess - ? But somehow he just didn't got another key, didn't offered me to wait and refused even to meet and talk. He also never offered me any other variants, - noting. And when i started to look for the variants where to stay I found that the same apartment on booking.com was perfectly available for my dates... Such a shame, dear host. I have Georgian relatives and Georgian friends, all are so welcoming and hospitable. And what you do - it's a shame.
