Clean, comfortable room in a great location very close to Avlabari Metro and city buses. Well equipped kitchen, fridge, washing machine. Good for a few days stay.

Paper thin walls, we could hear the neighbours TV and talking all night.

Very good accomodation in a very good location, close to metro and city center. Very clean and nice. Spacious with everything you need..we liked it here

The host came in person , knocking at our door late in the evening before our departure to ask when we do check out. That wasn't necessary.

We loved everything unless the next house next to the apartment outside where they always close the gate hard and open the gate hard. You'll wake up with heavy disturbance until you are use to it. The lady, Leila is so good and helpful. I love how she attended to us, she's so good in this business and no racism at all. She's a very good lady We wrote to her that we will arrive one hour earlier than the time and she accepted and because both rooms were empty when we arrived, she also showed us both rooms too, to choose which one we prefer either the one with two single beds or the one with big bed. As we're couple, we opted for big bed. And she's not racist too even though I have dark skin. Very good lady 😇 🌹 The location is also very close to everywhere. Short Walking distance to everywhere. Avlabari Metro is also 3 minutes walk or 4 minutes walk to the apartment. Shops are all around and fruits and vegetables mini market too. Everything is good, my wife even loved it than our previous apartment last year we came for vacation too. Even though that apartment was also very nice. When checking out, Leila still asked if we loved the place 🤗 She doesn't really speak English but still, no difference. Her good behaviour speak on her behalf. We'll surely come back whenever we want to come for vacation in Georgia again. Thank you, Leila 🤝

No complain about the apartment than the next house outside the apartment disturbing your sleep and rest with their gate. Also noise disturbance sometimes from the people next to the room inside the apartment. Talking loud often even when receiving calls because the wall between both rooms are not totally bricks. Some small part was plank covered with wallpapers like wall. But everything went smoothly though. They're things that won't really disturb you if you don't pay attention to it. Switch on the tv and forget about the minor disturbance 😊😊

Absolutely nothing

Big room, very central located.

It's very noisy - you can hear everything what is said behind the wall, and especially at 5.30 in the morning that's horrible! Everything in the room is very old stuff, there were even not normal blankets, but a sort of very big towels. There's no tea, sugar or anything like in most places. And ... they promise 2 beds, but there's only one big bed and a sleepingcouch, which can be transformed into a bed!

Friendly host even though she doesn’t speak english. She allowed me to check-in early

The bed not so comfy I can feel the mattress coils. There was so many utensils but most of them were either dirty or rusty
