Guest House Teo

Zunächst einmal ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für Tblisi famos. Die Lage ist superzentral, nur wenige Meter von der Metro Marjanishvili entfernt, weniger als 5 min zu Fuß, man kann im Hof parken, hat viel Platz, mein Zimmer hatte auch Küche und Waschmaschine, also alles vorhanden! Die Lage ist ruhig, alles in einer der älteren Stadtteile von Tblisi, man spürt einfach die Historie dieser Stadt hier. Ich war dort 11 Nächte, weil ich paar Sachen in der Stadt erledigen musste, und hab im kürzester Zeit die ganze Familie ins Herz geschlossen. Super nett, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Es ist kein piekfeiner Neubau, der ganze Stadtteil ist irgendwie positiv aus der Zeit gefallen, und genau das hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Es ist einfach total authentisch. Menschen, denen das taugt, werden sich da wohl fühlen, und sehr herzlich empfangen werden.

Во-первых, это очень близко от метро. Буквально 5-7 минут. Множество магазинов и кафе на соседних улицах .Атмосферный район.

Teo was welcoming.

There was a sewage problem in the bathroom. The smell was so bad that it woke me up in the night. I was unable to use the toilet or shower. It was a health hazard. When I alerted the owner to this issue, she tried to solve a problem with a bottle of bleach and took the shower to pieces. It did not work. When I tried to tell her that it did not work, she told me that there was no problem. The shower remained disconnected. I ended up checking out early and was not offered any refund.

Tea, propriétaire est plus gentille, bien qu'elle soit discrète. Elle pense à nos biens. La maison est authentique et très agréable à vivre, avec toute équipement nécessaire : salles de bain, cuisine, frigo et machine à laver. Le quartier est extraordinaire avec des marchands de fruits et légumes et nombreuses boulangeries. On apprécie énormément le calme.

Perfect location, close to the train station, metro, restaurants and shops. The hosts are amazing. She's a good-hearted lady who loves to help out. Nice antique furniture.

Perfect location for exploring Tbilisi. This is also a great opportunity to stay in one of the traditional old houses (late 1800s) in Tbilisi Nana is the kindest and most considerate host I have met. I highly recommend Guest House Teo!
