Spacious newly renovated and clean Comfortable bathroom Private entrance direct on the street Free parking on the street, but half on the pavement.

I do like the property because its only a 10 minutes walking distance to Avlavari station. Its quite spacious for 2 persona and value for money to rent this property is pretty much good.

As a traveller while working online. The wifi connection here is horrible, super slow and mostly its automatically disconnected. I wish they could fix the wifi. Nowadays strong WIFI CONNECTIONS is very very important not only for me but I guess for everyone. Lastly, they should get new Mattress , pillows and blankets. When I stayed there the mattress is uneven

Staff were extremely helpful and very efficient at responding to all questions. They were warm and welcome and helped with everything despite the language barrier

The location is very close to metro station Avlabari. The neighborhood is a bit rundown, but it is normal here and quite safe. Need to call the hotel to get the key.

For us it was functional. It’s small however it really did meet our needs for a budget

I liked how supportive, understanding and nice the owners were. I felt safe in their flat. It was clean and very affordable.
