Apartment Izabella

The apartment is located in a calm area where you can find all what you will need: metro station, supermarkets, restaurants, etc. The apartment is clean, it has good sleeping facilities: cozy mattresses and pillows, clean towels.

The apartment is not for cooking, there is a microwave and a fridge but cooking facilities are limited. Better to eat somewhere out.

It was clean enough to stay comfortable.

The owner's doghter was helpful and could speak English, but the owner was not that easy person and little hard to deal with her. Also the picture was showing that washing machine in the unit. But no machine. They asked me they can wash my clothes and they did, but I couldn't give them underwear clothes.

Very quiet dead end road. In a part of Tbilisi still undergoing renovation so you feel you are staying where the tourists are not. easy to reach the old town and the hustle and bustle. Comfortable super king bed and pillow. Great value. owners did our washing as currently no machine in the apartment. Good communication from them but do check location with them in advance if you don’t have data as they are not signposted on the door. they will give you the wifi code so you can co tact them. Easy to reach from Avlabardi metro. A bit limited for restaurants nearby but lots over the river.

wifi was a bit patchy. ground floor so need to be aware of people being able to see in if walking by.

The apartment is clean and cozy, all the facilities are there ready for you. The owner is a very nice and welcoming Georgian lady, she is always there to help with anything.

Everything was fine

It was cery clean and most of all very accessible to establishments.

No soundproofing, you can hear everything happening outside.
