Отличное расположение апартаментов, близко к центру и одновременно достаточно тихо. Большим преимуществом явилась близость станции метро, в шаговой доступности круглосуточно работающие аптеки, продуктовые магазины, несколько АТМ для снятия наличных. Апартаменты уютные, минималистично, ничего лишнего. Прекрасная клиентская поддержка, заселение организовано бесконтактно.

Location, and quiet

Washing machine didn't work, they wanted to fix it then said it's supposed to not work )) Lots of emails every day just copy paste no real interaction with host To sleep you need an eye mask, there is a very bright light facing the bedroom window, the curtains are useless

Check in - was a disaster. The irresponsibility and lack of system of the owner (the house management company) made us panic at check in. 1) There was a special rule for entering the house. We were supposed to pick up the key from another place. There were special instructions. I wrote that I would be home at 21:00, I left at 23:00, but I had not yet been sent instructions regarding check-in. We were left outside. We could not get in. 2) The mobile number they listed on Booking.com does not belong to the owner (the management company). Another, unknown person answers the call and says in a nervous tone that his number was incorrectly placed on the site and that he is tired of the calls he receives, and that he is bored. 3) We wrote to the owner through an internal message from Booking.com, they replied that their working hours were over and they would not be able to answer at this time. 4) We were left outside at the address due to the above problems. The house was divided in the middle and was rented to 2 different tenants. Since there was light coming from inside, I knocked on the door stubbornly and loudly and disturbed the other tenant, he helped me talk to the landlord and find the key. If there was no other person in the house, we would not have been able to contact the landlord (the company that manages the house) and would have been left outside. 5) The fact that there was another person inside was another issue that shocked me. I chose this house precisely because it was a different house. There was no information on Bokking.com about 1 house being divided into 2 parts and rented to 2 different people. This upset my expectations and plans. 6) As if all this was not enough, 2 days later I wrote a message to the landlord from within Booking and asked for the WIFI password. And sometimes he would ignore my request and not respond, or he would reply with "everything is written in the instructions sent to you.

Location was very nice. Just a few meters away from the Liberty Square. You can find all type of shops nearby. As a parent of 2 year old kid we needed pharmacy and general store nearby and it was available.

there were few homes nearby which were a bit noisy in the evening and night time.

We really liked the location, it was right near the Liberty Square and all of the restaurants and bars, however the courtyard is not noisy at all.

Great appartments, quiet, clean and big. Location is very comfortable!

My wife noticed that after the shower water is floating around on the floor, but is not a big trouble;)
