Отзывчивый, доброжелательный хозяин. Сразу откликался, если был нужен. В квартире все чисто, уютно. Есть все необходимое.

It is a very comfortable apartment and I enjoyed my stay here. The host and his mom were very nice. They had a washing machine so I could wash my clothes and the kitchen was nice.

The host wasn't invasive, responded to all our concerns in seconds and is very polite. The price is reasonable, and he left us all the necessities in the apartment; hand soap, toilet paper, sugar... I would recommend this apartment if you want to find affordable and don't mind a little walk uphill.

Those with heart disease should not come, I did not like this ramp or side street.

Dislike - bed is not comfortable and it’s broken

The lightning options were amazing and the room has a good size. We liked the location, it is a calm, friendly area and it's a nice 15-20min walk to old town and the neighbourhood has everything you need. There is a good small kitchen to cook, a kettle, a table to sit and a washing mashine in the room. You have a nice view from the balkony.

The matraces were absolutely not comfortable and worn out, they were old iron-feather core ones, which you feel in your back. We suggest to change them. The bed blankets smellt fresh, but there were few body hair, it would be nice to check this in the future. If you need more toilet paper, bring your own because you get only one roll for short stay (4 nights in our case).

We were very comfortable, it’s a small studio but had what you need. The beds were very comfortable, it was quiet and had an AC. The place is quite central, although requires a walk to the metro. It didn’t matter for us since we like walking
