The location is good, walking distance to the lake and just behind Hotels and Preferences

Towels are newly washed but still dirty, visibly soiled or stained by dirt). It is not white in color anymore, yellowish, grayish. Should be replaced with new one. Unlike other places we’ve stayed in Georgia before, there is no new shampoo, body wash, toothbrush and slippers. Cups are dirty. Coffee mug is stained. Kitchen utensils should be changed too. Shower room is dusty. Sofa in the living room is dirty (full of stain)

The most thing I liked is that the bed is very comfortable and it’s very clean, special thanks to Mr.Androus the owner of the apartment he is very cooperative with the guests, you can find everything you need in the apartment.
