I had Nothing that I didn’t like. Everything i love, from the location, the friendly, polite and most accommodating owner, the amenities. I just love everything.

Everything was just perfect.

A wonderful location, very clean and pleasant! There are no foreign odors or noises, everything inside is simple, functional, and easy to navigate. I really appreciated the thoughtful touch of leaving essentials like oil, salt, sugar, tea, and more.

There was a slight smell in the hallway, but it’s not a big deal – the apartment itself was absolutely perfect! It might feel a bit tight for two people, but if you’re spending most of your time.

Rusudan, the proprietress, is really a superhost! She quickly & promptly replied to all my queries. Her check-in instructions were perfect! The private room was super clean , spacious, with en suite bathroom, full kitchenette, mini refrigerator, a table with 2 chairs & a washing machine, too! Location is superb, smack dab in downtown with most of the attractions within a few minutes walk or bus ride. Dining & shopping abound. Bus stops & metro stations are just within 2 minutes walk!

The location of the property is very convenient. And room size is ample for stay. Owners for the property is very responsive. She take care of guest very well. I highlt recommend to stay in this property.

Location , seize of the apartment en facilities in the kitchen were very good. Apartment is opposite the very helpful Tourist Information in Pushkin Park. Apartment is very easy to find. Contact with the owner was easy. Owner is very helpful.

Although they said there is a balcony there is nothing what you can call a balcony. There is just a tiny space where one person can stay ( don’t breathe😉)
