3BR apt w huge terrace & magnificent views

Spacious, good facilities, great location and amazing view. Decent internet connection. Parking was available. Clean, comfy, everything was amazing! Self check-in and check-out was easy and straight-forward.

It was the best apartment out of four apartments we stayed in during our 2 weeks trip across Armenia and Georgia. The view from the terrace is just magnificent. We stopped going for dinners to the restaurants, just because we wanted to spend as much time as possible on that terrace. It was also pleasant that every room had an airconditioner. I need to say that they were not the strongest ones, even when I switched them to the turbo regime and lowest temperature. But it was still better to have them in the beginning of August during the heat wave then not to have them at all. The management thought of everything: there were enough towels, the kitchen was equipped very well etc. There are also two bathrooms which is great for a big company: when you come after a hot day in Tbilisi, it is really nice to go immidiately to the shower and not to wait for each other long. The appartment overall looks cozy, one feels there like at home.

There was some smell coming from the sewerage, but it was not strong initially. On the last day, it got really strong in one of the bathrooms, so we could use only the second bathroom, which was fine. The owners said they will deal with it.

Good location – Just a 5-minute walk to the subway. Small grocery stores, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. Convenient self check-in and excellent chat support from the host with quick responses. The apartment looks exactly like it does in the pictures.

Many light bulbs are missing or simply don’t work / won’t turn on. Very weak hot water pressure.

Super location, very helpful host

The apartment is AMAZING !!!! It’s clean and well maintained. There r groceries and supermarkets nearby. The neighborhood is pretty safe.

The terrace is huge and the view is right on the Trinity Cathedral. Location is nice, next to the metro. A lot of groceries nearby. Apartment itself is spacious, the kitchen is great, fully equipped with the dishwasher.

The bed in the big bedroom is really soft and you feel like sinking, very hard to sleep. The ac is weak, if you put one degree more, you will be sweating when waking up, mostly because of the attic structure of the ceiling. Also the location of the bed right under this low ceiling is not for everyone, our mother felt suffocating and had to relocate.

we did not receive the check-in steps in advance so ended up waiting almost an hour at checkin. they rushed us for checkout and it was a bit frustrating
