Happy Apartment 7

Location and the people.

Some of the chairs were uncomfortable to sit in.

the apartment is clean, bed is comfortable, we were able to cook food for breakfast, the host was understanding because we cancelled the rest of the days.

1st we’ve been driving for an hour just find a parking around the area. it was difficult because we have our son with us. 2nd the heater wasn’t enough the whole apartment was still cold the next day my son got cough and colds. 3rd our 2nd day the elevator wasn’t functioning despite we put on a code thankfully there was a man living in the 8th floor he let us go with him and went down through stairs on the 7th floor. 4th the apartment was literally dark in the hallway! you need have a flashlight.

Great apartment. My second visit. Good location. Bright. Big balcony and reasonable view. Located in a quiet area, and the building is quiet. The housekeeper doesn't speak English, but is lovely and cleans the apartment a bit during your stay if you're there for a while (and is more active than most places you stay in Tbilisi). She even did my laundry.

If you want to cook yourself, or have much food at the apartment, it's not the best option.

Apartment is located in a city center 5 minutes walk from the Vake district. 10 minutes walk from the apartment there is Rustaveli metro station. The location is a best for if you are traveling for both, business and leisure. Apartment is fully equipped and cozy.

Great little apartment. Good location, but kind of in a courtyard / backstreet so away from the noise. Clean. Good view. Friendly host and housekeeper, and one of the neighbours helped me too. Would happily stay again.

The apartment is spacious, well designed, brightly lit! The housekeeper is so welcoming and helpful! The place has great views and is located in a great neighbourhood. There are so many cozy coffee shops and little cafes nearby, yet the Vere district itself is still pretty quiet! It's located in between Vake district (lively modern but super expensive) and the historic center (~20 min walk to the very heart of the city). So it's definitely my preferred location. There are multiple parks in a walking distance, lot's of grocery stores and a modern gym. Great place for a longer vacation!

This apartment has an incredible view from balcony on the Tbilisi 😻 I loved being there and thank you so much David and Maklava for such a nice stay in this place! I’ve already recommended it for all my friends!
