The location is perfect — right in the city center, within walking distance to major sights, cafes, and public transport. The apartment was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The hosts were absolutely amazing — warm, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. We felt very welcome and at home. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Tbilisi!

Neat and clean

Not too far from town; Not modern on the outside- looked like an old traditional style like most places in old tbilisi. need to climb several steps which are wooden and bit wobbly to reach the room but once you reach the room, its very nicely done and exceeded the standards- everything for a traveller has been well arranged with a small kitchen inside the room that includes everything - and a small Tv, fridge, toiletries, hot water and a room heater. The owner named Slava and his family were very hospitable and welcome you wonderfully. You will feel their warmth though they cant speak English, Slavas grandson a young and elegant boy, Nick explains everything in English perfectly. Its a half km from The Avalbari town where you get everything and all transport connections including metro, bus and comparing to the big hotels its cheap especially if you only intend to sleep there at night, touring duringthe day. Place is highly recommended and definitely we will visit Tbilisi from Dubai again we will choose this place as priority. Thanks Slava -the owner, Nick the smart boy and the wonderful Family!
