The experience was perfectly fine. The place was sufficiently-well equipped, the area is fine: metro station not too far away and there are options for restaurants, shops, etc. nearby, including a supermarket for essentials downstairs. Taxis will likely be a preferred option if one wants to get into the older part of the city but, with local apps this is not a problem or a great expense.

It's quite an impersonal experience: some people might prefer that so, it's not bad; it's just a detail that people may or may not prefer. The host wasn't always quick to respond; I got the impression there are a few properties under her/their management. She did appear at some point in order to take payment in person, with a receipt (which is appreciated) when I wrote in the chat that I prefer not to just leave cash in the property to be collected after check out.

The apartment worth and exceeds it value: great location, great view, everything needed was timely provided. Most of all enjoyed breakfast and coffee on the balcony with the river and city view. The amenities allowed to feel yourself like at home. Georgia markets have vast variety of fruit and vegetables, fresh baked Georgian bread, cheese and wine. Little cooing and preparing meal was more like a joyful act allowing to enjoy time with your fiends.

One of the living room lamps need replacement. Kitchen water tap needs small service. TV power cable needs extension. Could be great to have Apple TV box so to connect your subscriptions and watch smth for children. Other than small technical issues no complaints.

Overall it was a good stay, for this money it is ok. It was an apartment, not a hotel, with private balcony. All the toiletries and everything else was there. The location was nice, close to Main Street, where we found restaurants.

Nothing major. For this money, it is ok.

The best was having breakfast or coffee on the balcony with the superb view to Mtkvari river. I liked old Georgian stile of furnishings, books available on the shelves. Kitchen is all equipped and in a good shape. The property owner is very polite and eager to help.

I am all satisfied, really did not have negative feelings

Would be just good to install better curtains to protect from the sun in the morning.

The apartment is located in a good part of the city The restroom door does not close and the shower is not very nice. The owner was very nice and friendly
