It was beautiful stay🌸

If you're planning a 5–6 night stay in Georgia and want something budget-friendly without compromising on comfort—this is the one. We arrived past midnight, and the host, Mr. David, was kind enough to wait for us until 2:30 AM for check-in. Though he doesn’t speak much English, he used a translator app like a pro and made sure we understood everything clearly. He even helped us find a nearby money exchange at that late hour—above and beyond! Now the property itself? Even better than what you see in the photos. The layout is beautiful—living area, TV, and kitchen downstairs, with cozy beds tucked away in a charming attic-style upper floor. Super clean, peaceful, and well-maintained. AC and heating run 24/7, so you're always comfortable. We cooked every night, and the kitchen was stocked with everything—salt, pepper, oil, coffee powder, even water cans. Truly felt like a home away from home. 📍Location: Just a short walk to both the Maidan Bazaar (where most day tours start) and Avlabari metro/bus station—perfect for exploring the city at your own pace. One of the best stays we’ve had as a family, and definitely the new benchmark for all our future trips. 💯

The atmosphere of the house was peaceful and authentic. It was warm and we were not cold at all. Although we arrived in Tbilisi at night, the owner was very helpful and let us in. The location is 20-25 minutes walking distance from Old Tibilisi. But it is very close to the Semabe Cathedral. Cheers :))

Hi. Comfortable and cozy house with special decoration and unique atmosphere. Excellent access to public transport and supermarket and of course with a view of the cathedral. Both of our flights were at the end of the night and David was very accommodating and I thank her. You can take a bus (number 337) from the airport to Avlabari station and reach home in 5 minutes. Thank you for everything.

For first I really liked the location, it is very close to the old city and you can walk to it. there are grocery stores nearby.The interior of the house is quite comfortable and beautiful!!!

Very cute place, good location and very friendly

It was such a beautiful vintage property and the host was such an amazing person. We were supposed to reach the property at 2 am and he was there waiting for us at midnight. He handed over the keys and explained everything in the house. There was a fully furnished kitchen with everything you would ever need, a great washing machine, and a huge cutlery. The host was always instantly available on WhatsApp and replied very quickly to any query we had. The property also had a fireplace but we could not arrange the wood, so could not fire it, but would be lovely to do that. I would recommend staying here at least for some days to take the vintage Georgian vibes.

The bathroom size was a bit small but that is part of the vintage house. The lights on the first floor(Bedroom) were less but in the daylight it was great.

Artistic spirit and interior of the apartment. Very cosy and pleasant. It has all one need. I loved the street market in a close neighbourhood and the location.

The street and the exterior of the house look as not in a good shape. But once you enter, all is great.
