We had a wonderful time at 160 degrees. The apartment is comfortable, generously appointed with spacious and pleasant rooms. From the large balcony one enjoys views of the whole city and of neighboring hills. It felt good to come « home » in the evening after exploring Tbilisi and its surroundings. Interacting with our host, Maya, was a pleasure. We strongly recommend this apartment.

Очень понравилось. Вся квартира сделана с любовью. Очень чисто, уютно. Удобные кровати, удобные подушки. Месторасположение идеальное. Пешком до фуникулера. Внизу прогулочная улица, бани. И самый смак-это вид из квартиры, на весь город, очень красиво.

Прекрасное расположение, если вы хотите погрузиться в атмосферу старого города! Уютный номер и восхитительный вид с балкона, приятные кафе и ресторанчики рядом, но будьте готовы к шуму туристического района. Есть постирочная, проблем с продлением не возникло, за что отдельная благодарность!

Бытовые мелочи (скорее капризы): сколотый косяк в ванной, гнутый нож, отсутствие блюдечка у чашки, нет гостевого зонтика

мне понравилось все. квартира большая, чистая, ремонт очень интересный и стильный. он еще достаточно свежий, но уже не новый. но это ерунда. в целом очень хорошая квартира. у данного объекта есть одно уникальное достоинство - великолепный балкон (он огромный) и вид с него.

"A little treasure in Old Town (but bring early plugs!)"

Beautiful flat overlooking Tbilisi in walking distance to everywhere. We really felt at home and loved how spacious the flat was incl a cute kitchen and authentic decoration. The highlight is of course the view and location. We didn't use public transport and walled everywhere.

The balcony door wouldn't shut properly and there seems to be a nightclub or karaoke bar facing the flat making it impossible to find sleep if you are a light sleeper. One night it went on until 6am.

The view from the terrace was amazing, rooms are really nice, everything was pretty good

Smell in the apartment is not nice, probably because of the building age
