1 bedroom unit with patio

Оставались у Екатерины на 7 дней. Квартира чистая, просторная, есть все необходимое, красивый вид с большого балкона. Много посуды, вся техника рабочая. Хозяйка была всегда на связи, пошла на встречу в финансовых вопросах и вопросах времени заселения. Видя такое отношения к нам с ее стороны, вспомнился принцип из Библии: «Во всём поступайте с людьми так, как хотите, чтобы они поступали с вами». Приятно, что вы так и поступаете. Желаем Екатерине успехов и хороших жильцов!

Balcony had a good view, it was very clean as well

Wifi was bad

This was my one-day trip for work, I chose the location close to the office, so I can’t evaluate the location as a tourist. Otherwise, the apartment is beyond praise, it has everything you need + a wonderful view from the large balcony. I'll be in Tbilisi for work - I'll stay there again. (Oh, and a grocery store right on the first floor is a lifesaver if you're starving but not into food delivery)

Good location, 10-15 min by taxi to city center. Very nice view and large terrace equipped with chairs and small table. Kitchen is joined with hall, big light room with bed is separated. Central heating. Apartments look better than on photos. Quite clean and equipped with most of required stuff. Typical Georgian elevator that works with 10 tetri fee in case you push a button and drop a coin at the same time. Hosts are very nice people.

Internet was not good enough, it interrupted from time to time so I had to share WiFi from my phone.
