Elvira is an incredibly kind, hospitable and hardworking host. Everything is super clean and comfortable, you'll have everything you need. We especially appreciated the terrace and the possibility to do laundry. Thank you so much, Elvira!

Very clean room with good equipment. One of the best accomodation in Georgia we’ve been to. There is metro station less then 15 minutes walk and the mall less than 10 minutes walk. We parked in front of the main gate. Elvira is comunicative and responsive.

It was a bit hot there.

This apartment is exactly as shown in the photos, which is very important in Georgia, where unfortunately some listings use photos from one apartment and then rent out a different one. Here, everything was honest and exactly as advertised. The apartment is clearly prepared with care and love. It is sparkling clean, with comfortable cotton bedsheets, and the kitchen has everything you need if you like to prepare your own food, as I do. The shower has very strong water pressure, not the weak dripping water you sometimes find in other apartments. Elvira, the owner, was wonderful and she speaks perfect English which does not happen often in Georgia. She personally came outside to meet us, so we could see her right away as we were arriving by taxi from the airport. That made the arrival very easy and welcoming. Every time she said she would do something, she kept her word, and she was always ready to help. The location is also very convenient: only about seven minutes from the metro station, with parking available on the small street right in front of the building. For two people, the apartment has absolutely everything you need. Overall, this is probably one of the most underrated value apartments in Tbilisi. Highly recommended.

Do not rent if you are allergic to cats - 12 on the premises.

Everything is great, very clean apartment. I’ve stayed here not for the first time.
