"Excellent value for money, great location, and a very welcoming host – 10/10."

The accommodation was excellent. David was very kind and always ready to help us. We enjoyed having a barbecue in the yard, the kitchen was fully equipped, and the location was close to all parts of the city. The price was also very reasonable.

オーナーのDavitさんはとても親切で、入室する時も時間より前に中庭でKeyを準備して待っていてくれました。 キッチンには調理器具が揃っていて、しかも電子レンジ があったのは助かった。洗濯機もあったので長期旅行者には便利だと思う。ロケーションも大統領府に近くてセキュリティも良く自由広場や平和の橋にも歩いて行ける距離だった。カルフールで食材を調達して、簡単な料理も作れた。

キッチンにゴミ箱はあったけど、もうひとつゴミ箱があっても良かった。また、シャワーの温度がもう少し高くなるとベターだった。

Sehr gute Lage: zentrumsnah aber trotzdem ruhig und grün. Sehr sauber und ordentlich: auch im Hof liegt nichts herum. Ideal für Motorradfahrer: man darf das Motorrad im überdachten Hof abstellen. Das Apartment ist sehr durchdacht eingerichtet und verfügt sogar über eine Waschmaschine.

Die synthetische Bettwäsche und dass (deshalb?) die Decken in den Deckenbezügen verrutscht sind: am Morgen hatte man ein grosses Gewühl.
