"Comfortable home with nice staff, but lacking sun and daylight in the bedrooms."

The staff was very responsive and gentle, it was easy and comfortable to speak with them and discuss. The house was in a good location, 20 minutes by walk to the center, we traveled inside tbilisi without transportation. The living room was large with lots of space, TV, big kitchen and there were all the facilities needed.

The disappointing part was the bedrooms, they were on the ground floor and natural light was almost absent. Same problem with the living room, although large windows cover the main part of the wall, the orientation wasn't alawing any sun to come inside. The bathroom had some smell, which as we guessed is a problem in general in Tbilisi.

lovely location, sufficiently equipped kitchen and even a washing machine is available. the owner was friendly, communicative via whatsapp and recommended a really special trendy cafe in the neighboorhood.

Something went wrong in the communication between Booking.com and the owner. i reserved for 5 adults and 2 teenagers for an appartement presented on the site as having capacity for 9, but there were only two 2-persons beds. large couch allowed to put 2 kids there. one bed was shared by 3 adults. not a disaster but not ideal either.
