the condition of the apartment as a whole, door handles, bed, furniture, stove - everything is already outdated and falling apart.

the property manager is very responsive. very nice and clean apartment. equipped with basic kitchen things and a washing machine 👍🏻. good supply of water-hot/cold for shower & sink. quiet area/neighborhood perfect for couples or small family. we feel safe even we are walking back at around 1am. near mtatsminda park/ funicular about 3-5mins walk; lots of grocery stores, bars and restaurants nearby. a little bit far to/from the center though, but if you are ok with walking (like us) it’s not a problem or you can book taxi for pick/drop.

"Perfect!"

Absolutely perfect. The location is near the centre of the city but still very calm. The apartment is big with a nice view (of the town, the Mother of Georgia and the Trinity).The staff is very responsive. The bathroom is new. The apartment is new, comfortable and very welcoming. The wifi is working properly. Thank you!

Maybe just a bath mat would be useful.

Very nice place. Good view, very sunny terrace, maybe it's too hot for summer, but during winter it's perfect ! Quiet place and very close to city center.

- payment method by transfer is too complicated. it's better to pay on property or by card when booking. - the bed is "weak" )
