Old Tbilisi Villa Costa

Everything is exactly as in photos. The host is nice and attentive. You can get every service that's promised. Christmas was felt at home. I'm sure it will be better in summer. It's very good for families with kids.

We are smokers , so it was not comfortable for us to smoke outside all the time. Especially when you travel for holidays to

I was having fantasies about the view and the location,but it was away from that

It is not suitable for a family with older children as there is no privacy,no lockers,and a single bath room,I think it should only be for couples or single travellers

The host was kind and pleasant, and generally, the apartment corresponded to the photos on Booking.

It was unfortunate to figure out that our apartment has poor soundproofing. There are three apartments to rent — one of them is a separate building, but two others share the same building. So if you're sensitive to the noise of neighbours, check which building your apartment will be in.

This villa is super comfortable and comfortable. Booked a few more times because we loved it!!

Nothing

We stayed for 4 nights with our 3 kids. Actually the place is cool and calm. The cottage is compact but still full filled our necessities. My kids likes that cottage very much. The hosts are very sweet and their pet dog too. Location is not much far from center we can easily go to the city by half an hour of walking. It’s very near to trinity cathedral church. If we drive it will take little more time to come out from the cottage. Overall the stay will be pleasant if u have kids especially. It is located in the hills so I was sick initially while going by taxi because it is like roller coaster ride, the next day I’m fine and also the hosts helped me to get medicine.

Only single hall with attic beds so less privacy to change dress. Single beds are very small like operation theater as we cannot turn. My toddler supposed to fell down from the attic while sleeping because of the gapped fence.
