Аутентичный дворик, играющие дети, гуляющие кошки, атмосфера погружения в обычную тбилисскую жизнь. Огромные шкафы, что может быть актуально на долгий срок. Чисто и довольно уютно.

Одна из розеток у кровати не работает.

тепло и уютно, все необходимое на кухне, чисто, удобная кровать.. много магазинов рядом и до центра подать рукой.. доброжелательная и отзывчивая хозяйка!

Highly recommend, very clean and good looking. Internet works fine and there is a huge extensible table suitable for 2 people using the laptop comfortable.

Very friendly host, the appartment had pretty much everything you would need in your home, there was a washing machine, washing powder, and even a rack to hang my clothes for drying, which is something a lot of other apartment hotels ive stayed at lacked (there is even an iron for those who want to use that). The kitchen is nice too and itcludes everything you would need. The bathroom is very comfortable, and i really like the shower. The apartment itself was always warm and comfortable, with good wifi. It was also very clean in there. Ive stayed at quite a lot of different apartments, hostels and hotels in tbilisi, and i can tell you that this one far outshines any other option in its price range, overall a 10/10!

Я очень доволен квартирой! Просторная комната, уютная атмосфера создают ощущение дома. Расположение отличное — рядом есть магазины, кафе и транспорт. В квартире всё продумано до мелочей: качественная отделка, современная техника и комфортная мебель. Владелец был очень отзывчивым и помогал на всех этапах. Это настоящее уютное место, где хочется проводить время и наслаждаться жизнью. Рекомендую всем, кто ищет комфорт и спокойствие.
