Location, fast internet connection, separate kitchen/dining area (kitchenware, fridge, stove), private entrance. Host is responsive and helpful. Btw there are couple of cool vegan places nearby ;)

The property is located a little bit below the ground level so it's not hot inside, but there is not much view from the window. I've kept windows closed but mosquitoes still spawned from somewhere. No other insects tho. Shower+toilet combo is a little annoying but this is common feature here.
