Location was really great!

We rented 2 rooms at the same price but they were not equal at all. One was just like it was on the photos. While the second one was dark and the shelf-table on the wall was broken..

Расположение в самом центре, возле метро Руставели. Район прекрасный, номер тоже. было чисто и уютно.

Интернет в номере вообще не работал, к сожалению, пришлось дополнительно покупать мобильный интернет, чтобы была связь.

I liked everything about this place, it’s a new renovated rooms. They have in total around 6 rooms, each has his own entrance. Was clean and nice bedsheets. We stayed in the room number 3 and we liked it. I noticed each room has different sizes. Some of them small and some are bigger, my room was excellent. Location is very walkable distance from mall, restaurants cafe supermarket.

Relatively good location, affordable, cleanliness is acceptable, cool ac. Host is responsive.

There were bugs in the bathroom... the fan in bathroom also blow out dust leaving in the sink over time, it's clearly had seen its better days... just out and need renovation. Cash payment only to be left in the room, no change.

Условия проживания оказались крайне неудовлетворительными. • Постельное бельё было грязным, на нём находились волосы. • Стены в комнате были в грязном состоянии. • Территория не оборудована парковкой, оставить машину было негде. • Дверь в номер мы не смогли закрыть самостоятельно — ключ работал плохо.
