"Good for train station."

Location - convenient for central train station. Spacious apartment, helpful owner, easy access with key box. We appreciated use of the washing machine.

Leak under basin. The courtyard detracted somewhat from the quality of the apartment.

"Exceptional"

We enjoyed it A LOT! We were for 4 weeks in Tbilisi for a language course. Thus we needed a location close to public transport to reach our language school in the morning without traffic jams. It was a perfect distance to station square, while still being close to cafés and restaurants. Calm situated in the backyard. Comfortable bed. Spacious flat.
