Apartment in Tbilisi “Green Budapest “

A spacious and comfortable apartment in a new apartment block in a nice neighborhood 15-20 minutes drive from Old Town and main city attractions. Great location if you want to live like a local, walking distance to metro station and public transport stops, convenience store and supermarket are just around the corner. A very responsive hostess.

A quick house rules guide would be helpful (wifi password, garbage disposal, closest shops and attractions etc), as well as an additional supply of toilet paper, toiletries etc.). Quite a busy and noisy street, windows in the sitting room were not quite sound-proof.

I had a fantastic stay at this flat for one week — everything exceeded my expectations! The apartment was spotless and incredibly well-maintained, with top-notch cleanliness that made me feel at home right away. The heating system worked perfectly, during the unexpected very cold and rainy past days, keeping the space warm and cozy even on colder days. I was also impressed by the excellent sound insulation — it was peaceful and quiet throughout my stay. All the electrical appliances were modern and in perfect working order, from the kitchen equipment to the washing machine. The thoughtful touch of having quality toiletries provided made a real difference — it’s the kind of detail that shows how much care has gone into preparing the flat. A special thanks to the property manager, who was incredibly responsive, kind, and professional. Communication was smooth and helpful from start to finish, and I truly appreciated their attention to detail and hospitality. I highly recommend this flat, that is in a modern residential building, secured with guards and would gladly return in the future!
