- The apartment was reasonably priced and provided basic amenities. However, it is not recommended for a family. - The pool, although not safe for kids due to the uniform depth and lack of a guard, was otherwise a good feature.

I have been a loyal Booking.com customer for many many years, traveling to numerous countries around the world. This is the first time I have felt compelled to write a negative review. I booked Apartment Krtsanisi 21 for four people. Two friends of my kids, who were studying in Tbilisi, came to visit us. The host, Manana Nadaeishvili, reacted very negatively, insisting that only four people were allowed in the apartment. Despite explaining that the additional two were just guests, she demanded a $100 deposit as insurance, promising to return it if everything was fine at checkout. Reluctantly, I agreed. One day, while we were out, she entered the apartment without our permission. One of my kids, who had returned to retrieve something, found her inside. This incident showed a clear lack of honesty and violated our privacy. The apartment itself had several issues: - The cupboard was broken. - There was much noise. - The building shown in the pictures was misleading; the actual apartment is in a side building without a main street view. - One of the two lifts in the building was damaged & unsafe, and you couldn't always rely on the working one. - No cleaning service was provided during our stay. - The pool, although nice, was unsafe for kids due to its uniform depth and lack of a guard. At checkout, Manana sent someone to count every item in the apartment, down to spoons and forks. She falsely claimed a blanket was missing and attempted to keep the $100 deposit. I insisted to call the police for her, and only then did she reluctantly return the money. Have you ever been in a hotel where they ask you not to check out until they count blankets, spoons, and forks? This is the case with Manana. This level of distrust and micromanagement was both insulting and stressful. Overall, while the apartment itself was passable for the price, the experience with the host was distressing.

We had a very good stay in good locality…all amenities were available. There where supermarkets nearby in walking distance.
