The location is excellent, and the apartment is also very clean.

Location was great and hosts were amazing, very friendly with true Georgian hospitality. always on hand to help.

The space was sufficient for our family of 4. Clean and tidy. Location is very central and walkable. Buses and metro is very close. Plenty of places to eat nearby.

Clean and well organize. Complete kitchen utensils, oven, washing machine, WiFi and parking.

The apartment is exactly as in the photos - spacious, very clean and nice. The water pressure is great, you always have hot water and the the shower big enough to fit an adult with two little children to bath the kids. The owner is very nice and helpful, he also can take you from/to airport if needed (for an additional fee). The location is just perfect! you are 2 min walk from the Metro, 5 min walk to the variety of restaurants and cafes. Red Bus stop is just nearby. and just across the road you have tiny bakery and at 9-9:30 every morning you have a selection of fresh local pastries! Despite its very central location the yard is very cozy and peaceful- we enjoy to have breakfast outside every morning.

In the big bedroom in the mornings you can hear the ball from the tennis courts nearby - we didn't mind it.

This is the best place i like to stay . As i have a tourist company and love here . You want to cook you want to wash your cloth you want to drink tea in the garden . You feel you are at home. I advise any one to stay here
