Safe, building can not be entered without special keys Balcony views from floor 12 was divine over the river side. Air conditioned Location is great with a supermarket next to the building. Apartment owner is caring and kind.

The only issue is that the flat is a private property so you have to clean by yourself especially if you stay for longer times.

This place is great with all facilities. I suggest everyone to experience it. Very clean and orderly like a five star hotel. Beautiful view of the city and the river. The staff were very kind and friendly

"Modern, cozy apartment with good facilities and an amazing view"

Beautiful view from the balcony, very clean and good looking apartment. Host was hospitable. TV:s were good and could be easily connected wirelessly to laptop. Having a grocery store and shopping mall nearby was also useful. Facilities were useful such as a washing machine and a dishwasher. The air-conditioning is good and easily adjustable. The interior was very modern and cozy. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely visit again.

Finding the entrance was difficult so it's probably smart to ask them to meet you outside the building. The building it's located in is under construction and the elevator is (currently) in bad condition.

The Appartment is amazing!!!! Everything was perfect. It is so cosy and modern, very clear and fresh and have such a wonderful view on Tbilisi! We enjoyed our staying. In the building there is the mini market Spar, old Tbilisi is near too. So we will comeback here once again!
