Гостеприимно вовремя встретились. Хозяин придержал место на парковке. Помогли поднять вещи. Чисто, аккуратно в доме и в квартире. Всё показали, рассказали. Удобное расположение, рядом метро, магазины и кафе. Без проблем договорились по времени съехать чуть позже регламента. Рекомендую.

Дом находится в стадии продолжения частичной отделки. Иногда где-то далеко был слышен перфоратор. Также в дневное и вечернее время при открытых окнах слышна центральная дорога, понятно, что в городе это обычно.
