The apartment is perfectly located in the downtown. It is very clean and has everything for staying for a few days, but I would rent it for a long time as well. The hostess is very nice and helpful. Our train was late but she waited for us without any complaint and was very kind to let us stay longer after the check-out time. There is an excellent Georgian restaurant next door where we had dinner, a small supermarket 20 m away, and a sort of McDonalds just around the corner which works at night. The last was very good because we arrived late and were hungry. The street was quiet at night so we slept well. I would certainly stay here again when come to Tbilisi next time.

The place is very clean, spacious and cosy. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood close to Rustaveli metro and just a few meters away from a nice restaurant. The host was friendy and was punctual for agreed check-in and check-out time.

Much area/space to move around. Much storage space in the bedroom. Comfortable bed, good view of the neighborhood. Superb location. Great hosts!

Gas oven made the room full of gas and hurting my chest after a few days of use. Cold kitchen and bathroom in the winter. Little storage space in the kitchen. Lamps in the bedroom didnt work.

location was great and apartment is very clean and comfortable and photos are accurate

The only limitation is the lack of small table desk in the main room for those of us in business trip that might need to do some work. That said there is a co-working space (to be rented) across the street and plenty of nice cafe in the neighborhood!
