Очень удобное местоположение, в самом центре. Квартира тихая, не слышно шума с улицы. Есть все необходимое для проживания. Хозяин гостеприимный , заботливый, принес нам канистру с водой на случай отключения воды. К счастью, воду не отключали. Будем рекомендовать друзьям.

Вид из окна не очень радует, но это нам не помешало.

位置在老城，步行去哪里都不远，可以自己做饭非常方便，我们到的很晚房东一直很耐心地在等我们！我们三个女生正好有三张床住的很舒适！总之，推荐……

"Velmi příjemné bydlení kousek od centra, vhodné i pro rodiny."

Prostorný, čistý a dobře vyavený byt. I když jsme přijeli dříve, zavolali jsme hostiteli a během 5 minut přišla paní s klíčema a ubytovala nás. Skvělé místo v boční uličce pár metrů od centra.

Vše naprosto OK.

Нам всё понравилось, идеальное жильё но к сожалению не смогли дольше остаться ,однозначно советую,спасибо вам что в ы делали всё чтобы гости комфортно себя чувствовали в квартире.

В квартире проживали с 24 апреля по 3 мая 2025 г.. Местоположение отличное, в центре старого Тбилиси, недалеко от площади Свободы. Квартира чистая, просторная, уютная, есть все необходимое, работает кондиционер. Замечательная кухня с современной техникой, есть большой холодильник и полный набор разнообразной посуды. Отличный санузел, вода горячая и холодная круглые сутки. Хозяин Заза - отзывчивый, гостеприимный человек, всегда на связи, отвечает на любой вопрос. Мы прибывали в Тбилиси поздним вечером, он помог нам добраться до квартиры. Выражаем ему благодарность! Квартира полностью соответствует описанию и фото на Букинге. Мы остались очень довольны. Если когда-нибудь вернемся в Тбилиси, поселимся только здесь.

Недостатков не обнаружили.

Great location, clean, well furnished kitchen, and perfect for a small family. The owner is very easy to work with, and let us check in early which was a big plus!
