De locatie was erg goed en het appartement goed uitgerust.

The apartment is very central, very nicely decorated, big bedrooms, two bathrooms, balcony, warm ( it was very cold outside ) , spacious. Excellent stay.

Great communication, and great location. The apartment is huge, modern and comfortable for 4 to 6 people easily. Great value for money

The apartment was neat and very comfortable for a trip with many kids. Lots of extra bedding, all the kitchen necessities to make meals (despite good eating out options right by the property), a must-have for us - washing machine and dish-washer available, balconies in all the rooms to air out easily, beds and sofa-beds are comfortable, two bathrooms with shower and an additional sink area are also a big plus for a large number of people, and of course a great central location to make your own walking excursions of Tbilisi! Very nice of Alexander to provide our big party with a transfer upon arrival and give us all the necessary info for a great and easy first-time visit to Georgia!

The whole place, very comportable The location was perfect. You can reach any touristic places just by walking. Very comfortable beds, which is the most important thing, the owner is very kind. I highly recommend this appartment, 10/10👍.

It's a large well-equipped two bedroom apartment in a very central location near the Parlament building. Alexander met us in person and was always available when we needed help or had questions.

Excellent location, big apartment, all facilities.
