Nice apartment with great kitchen

It was dirty in the toilet, shower and kitchen. I had to clean the toilet and remove the hair myself.

The building/apartment is located in a gated residential complex, in a calm and comfortable environment, near the metro station. Very kind owner. Early check-in at 08:00 am. Free parking.

"Superb"

Very comfortable and clean new apartment in a new housing complex. Host was very easy to communicate with and very helpful. The area is a bit more traditional (which I personally prefer), but very close to the center of Tibilisi by the metro. There is a big market close to the apartmment and lots of street vendors next to the metro station.

Nothing! But I should mention there aren't really any resturants in the area. I am fine with cooking (the apartment has a nice kitchen). But if you dont' like to cook you might have to take the metro 1-2 stops to find more dining options.

The host was a really kind man, he took his time to show me everything in the apartment, give me recommendations and overall had a great aura. The place itself is also a superb apartment if you are looking for a quiet neighbourhood and a cozy apartment to stay in. Cheers from Lithuania!

Well located, very near from Metro Station in area with several restaurants and grocery stores. Just quick drive away from airport (less than 15mins) Owner very cooperative helping with the check in and out process as per my interest. Private Parking by the building, what is very convenient if you have car. Water Boiler is provided with some coffee powder + sugar. WIFI works great.

The area at night should be better illuminated

"Comfortable stay near airport"

Great value for money. Place was clean and comfortable. Apartment is in a new estate close to the metro station and bus stops. Only 15 mins drive to the airport. Didnt use public transport as had my rented car. There is good few shops and restaurants nearby. Host lives few floors above and is very responsive if you need him. Good English as well.
