Great location

I like how clean the unit is and location everything was close by. Very kids friendly location.

The aircon didn't work well I was really hot

the location and the apartment were all good, beds were comfy, and apartment was tidy & clean cannot fault.

Spa was ice cold heater needs to be fixed, the pool was beautiful and warm but unfortunately the tiles at the bottom of the pool in several areas are lifting off and cut and scraped my daughters foot and other kids also. This definitely needs some work. Also in the hallways and lifts could use some airfreshners as the air is quiet smelly with cooking odurs and funky and stale smells. The signage in the car park was very confusing for where visitors could park as there was different signs for different areas, I would suggest making them the same for all with room numbers for the carpark to make it easier for guests, private and residents.

Nothing as we didn’t stay. The property management east coast Getaways’s cancelled my stay last minute and w were already in the entrance and had to rebook elsewhere at very short notice. I had prepaid for the room so was down $286.00 and still am. Please contact me asap so I can be refunded

Great location, reasonably priced, great pool for kids

Although I made a specific and direct request to acknowledge the booking is for 2 kids and 2 adults so we need 4 towels!! We stayed here a little while before and we were only given 2 towels. I made then a specific request to ensure that there were 4 towels and there was only 2. Room was only just ok when it came to cleanliness and when we arrived we were locked out for about half hour!!

Nothing it was not very nice. In a great location central to shops beach etc.

It smelt terrible. They’ve tried to disguise the smell. Was not very clean. Sofa bed smelt like urine. Had no pillows or blankets for the sofa bed. Even after calling and emailing them this simple request.
