The location is very good. The email communication was good and clear. The TV worked and has BBC news.

I was very disappointed with the apartment. 1. My friend fell at the very entrance as you go into the apartment - a very steep step just as you go in the door and try and find the room lights. Fortunately, he fell unto the bed below. 2. There were no coffee or tea bags. No milk capsules - very unwelcoming. 3. The electrical wiring was poor. Adaptors linked to more adaptors. Loose wires - even at the bathroom sink - thankfully those two wires were taped up. 4. The furnishings were of very poor quality. A very light 'dining' table, a broken plastic bedside table lamp, a flimsy kitchen, poor quality taps and shower fittings, and the most basic light fittings. 5. The cooker hood was at head height and my friend banged his head on it. 6. There was a balcony, but the view was not good at all. So hugely disappointing. With proper investment, it could be a good place to stay because of the location.
