Kosta's Apartment 1

Everything was perfect during our stay. The host was very friendly and assisted us with our questions and needs during the stay. We had to check-in very late at night and the host kindly accepted that and waited for us. We are very grateful for this. The apartment is equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. It was very clean and spacious. The location was also very good with a bus stop nearby.

Kosta is a great guy. The property is in a nice location. The price is great so it's suitable for travellers looking for a cheap one night stay.

Cleanliness was subpar. The toilet had a "disinfected" sticker on top but when I opened it the lid was orange from the urine of the previous guest(s). This is unacceptable and will make me doubt any "disinfected" sticker I see from now on. The bed had multiple hairs from the previous guest(s) - clearly the sheets were not cleaned either.

Kosta was very helpful and communicated with me about the check-in process. He was kind to help me know how to navigate transportation from the airport and met me upon arrival. He was a wonderful host giving me tips about seeing things in the city. The apartment was basic but clean. There is no sitting space or lounge. You can sit on the bed or at the table in the kitchenette. The bathroom has a shower, sink & toilet. It is very narrow and tight with the toilet, but the shower was nice. It's a quieter neighborhood with public transportation a short walk away. It was a good base for touring and seeing the area.

I didn't like the kitchen set-up/appliance for boiling water. I didn't really use the kitchen other than the fridge.

Kosta was very accommodating. Responding quickly to all questions and was waiting outside the apartment when I arrived. The apartment had everything that was required for a one night stay. Hidden away inside an older apartment block it was a pleasant surprise. 800 metres from the railway station it was very convenient for my transit.

Not really suited for a longer stay but ideal for someone passing through.

Kind and helpful host, we checked in few minutes early without any problems. Apartment contains everything you need for a few days.
