Rino Thessaloniki Apartments

The owner was great.

There is actually no window in the room. It is very dark. And it is poorly ventilated. The shower is very low power. All the towels are quite old.

The apartment is perfectly located for exploring all the main highlights of Thessaloniki by foot, as it is situated only a short walk from the seafront, from where you reach the city centre with a short walk. Mike is a very kind host who welcomed me personally on my arrival although it was quite late in the evening and gave me valuable insights into the city's culture and history during my stay. I found the apartment perfectly clean and functionally equipped with a full kitchen, a spacious desk and broadband wifi. The bed was very comfortable. I'd always choose this apartment again for my next trip there!

As the apartment is located near two main roads, traffic noise required me to keep the window closed at night.

Great location and great value for the money. Located 3 Min walking distance from the sea, just across the street there were 2 playgrounds just in front if the main walking seaside alley. Behind the building there are numerous restaurants, caffes, fast food places, bakeries and super markets. We found a parking space just in front of the building. Big and comfortable bed, everything you need for a family stay. We haven't used the kitchen, only the coffee/hot water maker.

Everything was great

I was met by my host when I arrived at 9pm. It was lovely. I ended up sharing breakfast, tea, and many conversations throughout my stay with the moat welcoming host. The 1st floor location, with parking in the neighborhood was lovely. I was close to markets, bakeries, and restaurants. I was 2 minute walk to the promenade, 20 min walk to the White Tower, and close to different museums of interest. The apartment was inviting. I had a couch to relax and read on, a comfy bed, and the kitchen enabled me to cook (oven and cook top). The bathroom was nice with shelves for my toiletries. There were plenty of shelves and an armoire for clothing. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to be a stone's throw from the waterfront and a lovely walk to the city center.

There was nothing I didn't like.
