Studio With Seaview and Private Terrace

Дуже гарне розташування та помешкання! Всі зручності в середині. Власники подбали про нас і навіть додали в холодильник молоко та сік. Також були мюслі чай та кава. Вино та горішки. Видно було що про нас подбали! Дуже приємно.

Були проблеми з гарячою водою.

Place was easy to find and all the instructions were clear and on time. The apartment was clean and cosy and we were taken by the equpment level: there was even some wine and snacks waiting for us and cold, fresh milk in the fridge. Staff answered quickly, if we had any questions. I highly recommend.

Tolle Terrasse, die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich, das Bett sehr gut, liegt in einer sehr belebten Gegend, Nähe Markt, Ladakia, es gibt alles in der Umgebung. In der Nacht lässt sich die Wohnung gut verdunkeln, der Stadtlärm hört man kaum. Sehr netter Empfang mit Orangensaft, Wasser, Wein, etc. als Willkommen war da. Ein kleines Problem, das wir vorfanden, wurde sofort behoben. Die Fotos entsprechen der Realität.

Es ist ein absolut phantastisches Apartment im Bohemian Style. Es ist sehr klein und wirklich gemütlich. Die riesige Dachterrasse ist einfach nur unglaublich cool. Die Betreuung war super, auf alle Anfragen wurde sehr schnell und individuell und herzlich geantwortet.

Perfekte Lage, große Terrasse mit Schatten in den Morgenstunden, auf der man auch den Tag nach Sonnenuntergang ausklingen lassen kann.

The apartment is on top of an office building and it has a direct sea view. The room is very large and the huge window gives an awesome view of the city and the harbour although it is partially blocked by some of the high buildings in front. The automated shades give total privacy and are ensuring black-out if you don't want to be awakened by the sunshine. The star of this location is the huge, huge terrace with a hammock, a couch with a large shade, 2 hanging chairs and 2 tables with chars that you can set as you see fit. The apartment has all the amenities as described and is very clean and very quiet. The bed is very comfortable and the dining area by the huge window is a really pleasant experience.

There are three things noteworthy 1. The bathroom is about 2 sq m which is truly small. 2. The kitchen is probably smaller and it has only bare minimum in terms of utensils and pots. It is not usable for cooking. 3. While we had a completely quiet weekend please note that this is an office building. The apartment is located on the top terrace, next to the house of the elevator and it gets quite noisy during the working hours.
