Blizina centra grada na pesackoj udaljenosti. Siguran parking u garazi kod Dimitrosa, ljubaznost osoblja. Ovaj smestaj je blizu metro stanice. Vrlo cesto ostajemo u ovom delu grada kod istog vlasnika koji ima vise apartmana u razlicitim ulicama. Nije elitni deo Soluna, preporuka da se u kasnim vecernjim časovima krecete u grupi. Uvek smo lepo prolazili, ali neuredjen deo grada kao i prljavstina I tzv. kineska cetvrt moze stvoriti negativan utisak pojedinim posetiocima.Mi ćemo se sigurno vratiti ponovo.

Vlasnik bi trebao obratiti paznju na čistačicu i malo je iskontrolisati. Bolja higijena kupatila narocito tuš kabine bi bila poželjna Takodje i deo kuhinje oko sudopere, kante za djubre (ostaci od prethodnih gostiju nesnosan smrad). Mi kuhinju nismo koristili, ali dobronameran savet vlasniku kako ne bi dobijao negativne komentare.Svako dobro.

Great location, Big and comfort apartment

The garbage was not taken away from previous stay and after the communication with the host and promise that the garbage will be taken, still nobody came to clean and collect the garbage.

The apartment is in a great location, near the city station and metro stop. We didn't even need a car or metro, everything was within walking distance. There is a well-set supermarket/coffee shop right next to the entrance, which was convenient. The area is not too loud

The host was not responsive. I had written about parking reservation months in advance and only got a response about it after writing for two days in a row and at the point where I was en route to the accommodation. Generally really bad communication.

noisy, busy road near us, many noisy cats around, they very smelly
