Nice locatian, near the city centar, everything was ok

The apartment is right next to a very busy road and is therefore extremely noisy. Windows are not closing properly so it is very loud inside even with the windows closed. It is impossible to stay on the balcony for more than 5 minutes. Also neighbors are quite loud - on Friday and Saturday we heard music until late in the night. After three sleepless night (the traffic noise continues until at least 3-4am, then stops for a bit and starts again around 6) we gave up and moved out. I chose this apartment because of two desks we wanted to use for work but only one was really usable (the one in the living room). To make matters even worse - there is mold on the walls, under the desk, right next to the bed, on the ceiling etc. I encourage the owner to really do sth about it, it is just unpleasant and can even represent a health hazard. All in all - it is cheap but not worth it.

The location was very good, parking was provided at the location. The apartment was clean and the beds comfortable.

Parking cost 10 euros. When we parked, we were not given access instructions to the parking lot, which is why we did not have access to the car until the next day when someone came to take us out of the parking lot. The apartment should have a minimum equipment: coffee, tea, sugar and at least a bottle of water.

We receive clear and timwly directions to find the property. Also, accomodation was spacy, clean and close to city center.

The fact that appartment rented is clearly stated in the heading with parking but you need to pay in addition. This shoild be adjusted to avoid unpleasent surprises.
