The flat is at the city centre but to a rather shady area, nevertheless it's safe. It's also pet friendly which was a plus. On the negative side the bathroom can be rather uncomfortable and also there is no way to clean the wc by yourself as there are no cleaning equipements in the room. Note that we asked for clean towels on the 2nd day but even though they would supposedly bring new set they clearly forgot (?).
