Despite the location being ideal, the accommodation itself did not meet our expectations.

It is an old flat that has been partially renovated, with single-glazed windows. We quickly realised there was an issue with the central heating and contacted the owner, who asked us to send photos of the boiler so she could give us instructions on how to fix it ourselves. This, of course, did not resolve the problem, and we ended up sleeping in a freezing flat, as there was air conditioning only in the living room and not in the bedrooms (and the one unit that was in a bedroom was not working). The following day, there was no hot water either. We called again and asked for someone to come and fix it. Eventually, they did send someone, but only after initially trying to avoid it by once again giving us instructions to fix it ourselves. At no point did we receive an apology for the inconvenience.

Bir tek orta tuvalette değişik bir koku vardı ama tolere edilemeyecek bir durum değildi.

The apartment is very big and spacious, with a perfect location, this is the second time we have stayed in the apartment and again we were delighted with the comfort that the apartment offers. The owners were ready to meet every our request. I recommend the apartment in every way.
