"A fost ceea ce am căutat și potrivit pentru ceea ce am avut nevoie la un preț bun!"

Curată, primitoare, cozy, cu un lift încăpător chiar dacă este la etajul 2 pentru o familie cu un copil și bagaje contează foarte mult. Raport calitate preț foarte bun având în vedere poziționarea centrală. Aproape de toate obiectivele turistice. Având în vedere că am fost cu un copil mic am dispus și de un țarc/pătuț care ne-a ajutat foarte mult când am avut nevoie să-l lăsăm pe copil singur iar noi să ne facem treburile prin casa. Dl. Theo foarte amabil și prietenos deschis la orice discuție pentru binele și confortul nostru în locuința sa.

Tapițeria din spatele patului din imitație de piele a fost puțin degradată și cădeau bucăți mici de material pe perină. Pentru copil mic a fost puțin îngrijorător de fiecare dată când voia să meargă în direcția aceea și a trebuit să îl ținem tot timpul departe de zona aceea pentru că dacă zgâria tapițeria cădeau foarte ușor bucăți pe care le putea înghiții . Dacă s-ar recondiționa/schimba acea tapițerie, totul foarte bine.

"Tolle Wohnung in toller Lage"

Die Lage ist klasse! Man kommt überall zu Fuß hin - Restaurants, Bars, Märkte, Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Wohnung ist superschön eingerichtet. Die Übergabe der Online-Schlüssel ist perfekt organisiert. Sollte man mal Fragen haben, geht die Kommunikation sehr schnell über WhatsApp. Wir kommen garantiert wieder!

Im Bad bräuchte es ein paar Ablagen. Zumindest unter dem Spiegel wäre nicht schlecht.

Exactly as in the description. Everything is renovated and good (except the window frame to the balcony - but it’s not an inconvenience in anyway just an observation)

"Ωραίο αλλά χρειάζεται κάποιες βελτιώσεις"

Πολύ καθαρό, μοντέρνο, σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, με ευγενικό προσωπικό.

Δεν υπήρχε καλή ηχομόνωση στο σαλόνι καθώς το κούφωμα είναι σχετικά παλιό. Επίσης χρειάζεται μία κουρτίνα συσκότισης σε περίπτωση που κοιμάται κάποιος στο σαλόνι. Ο καναπές κρεβάτι στο σαλόνι άβολος. Ο νιπτήρας στο μπάνιο μικροσκοπικός και σε μη βολική θέση. Θεωρώ ότι για ζευγάρι το κατάλυμα είναι μια χαρά, για περισσότερα άτομα όμως χρειάζεται κάποιες βελτιώσεις.
