Thessaloniki Center Superior Apartment

Όλα ήταν υπέροχα!! Μεγάλο, άνετο διαμέρισμα στο κέντρο της πόλης με δύο μπάνια! Υπάρχει ανσανσέρ στην πολυκατοικία κι αυτό είναι πολύ σημαντικό μιας και το διαμέρισμα είναι στον πέμπτο όροφο. Ο ιδιοκτήτης ευγενέστατος, σούπερ εξυπηρετικός και με χιούμορ! Θα το επιλέγαμε ξανά!🤩

We had an excellent experience at Thessaloniki Center Superior Apartment. The apartment was very clean, modern, and exactly as shown in the pictures. The location is perfect, close to the city center and the main attractions, which made our short stay in Thessaloniki very convenient. A big advantage was the two bathrooms, both very useful and equipped with modern facilities, offering extra comfort during our stay. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, and the large refrigerator was especially practical. We also truly appreciated the host’s attention to detail and hospitality: we were welcomed with complimentary water, juice, fruits, and sweets — a very thoughtful gesture for which we would especially like to thank the host. We really felt spoiled! Another important advantage was the nearby parking. Central Parking is only about a 3-minute walk from the apartment and offers a modern underground facility, which made us feel that our car was completely safe and secure throughout our stay. Check-in was easy, communication was excellent, and the quiet atmosphere helped us relax and rest perfectly. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and a great location in Thessaloniki.

Άβολα κρεβάτια και απαράδεκτο διαμέρισμα 6 ατόμων να δίνεται ένα σετ κλειδιών με ενωμένη την κάρτα τοίχου και κλειδί. Γενικότερα οι οικοδεσπότες ήταν απρόθυμοι να βοηθήσουν σε οτιδήποτε!

The apartment itself is decent and roughly as shown in the photos, but that is the only positive aspect of this experience. The host behaved in an extremely rude, unprofessional, and aggressive manner. During phone conversations, he was shouting, used an unacceptable tone, and created a very unpleasant atmosphere even before we arrived. Additionally, he demanded an excessive deposit that was not clearly stated in advance. I would like to point out that our delay was due to a new border system, which caused heavy traffic and long waiting times—something beyond our control, and which we communicated in a timely manner. Despite this, the host showed no understanding. The most serious issue was that, even though the stay was fully paid, the host directly threatened not to accommodate us unless we agreed to his additional demands. This is absolutely unacceptable behavior and creates a sense of insecurity and distrust. Honestly, I would warn all future guests to be very cautious with this accommodation. Regardless of the apartment looking fine, the host’s behavior completely ruins the experience and can create serious problems. AVOID AT ALL COST - asks for money outside the agreement and never returns them the host threatened not to let us in UNLESS we pay a deposit sum which was bigger then the accommodation itself, and promised it will return be returned automatically after 4-5 days. Its been much more 4-5 days and now lies that he never took a deposit from us. We left the apartment spotless when we left.
