#Speranza Apt in Theageneio by halu! Apartments

Τhe bathroom was not clean. Τhe shower has mold in too many places. Τhere was a lot of noise from the apartment next door until late at night.

The apartment is very cozy and clean. It's well equipped, has good wifi, and it's in a nice location close to Thessaloniki downtown.

There is no microwave oven. Neighbors next door can be very very noisy, even during after hours. Sound insulation is not good, so you can hear them speak when you sit in the living room. When they are loud you can even hear them in the bedroom. During our first night there we could not sleep before 01:30 because of their loud voices. When the neighbors are gone everything is great... Not recommended for families with children or people who want a quiet place to relax

Spacious with separate rooms (including kitchen) which makes it ideal for a group of 3 people.

Broken AC which was not fixed (and it’s been broken since June as my partner stayed there before). Stains and fleas on the couch and dirty when turned into a double bed. Dirty espresso machine tank.
